Home Inspector & Engineering Technician Neil performs inspections to discover defects, assess functionality, reveal safety conditions, and recommend restorative procedures for single- and multi- family residential and commercial buildings of all types. Serves as an engineering assistant with numerous structural evaluations of foundations for settling, wall shifting, and mine subsidence as well as evaluations for the cause of moisture intrusion and deterioration of support structures. Neil prepares CAD drawings for structural repair work. Neil has over 120 hours of training through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and over 250 hours of continuing education focusing on home inspecting and home components. Mr. Kinser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University in 2007 and previously studied electrical technology at DeVry University in Kansas City. Neil has worked as a residential, farm, and commercial property manager in a variety of locations. He has 10 years of construction experience renovating homes and farm property and framing commercial buildings. Neil volunteers his time with Rebuilding Together St. Louis performing home evaluations to assure safe and healthy homes for lower income families and those with special needs. LIKES
